ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management.

ISO 9001 is used to assess whether MSA is able to meet customer requirements, applicable product legislation and regulations, and MSA’s own requirements.

ISO 9001 and its certification are sometimes also associated with unnecessary bureaucracy. This unnecessary bureaucracy is usually created by organizations themselves, who often still assume that drawing up procedures and regulations leads to better quality.
However, MSA has been working for 20 years with the same approach: extremely flexible with high quality and top-notch service. We don’t know bureaucracy!
